These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of V Shift Packers & Movers's Relocation and Logistics Services. By accessing this website and/or booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 1. Services & Quotations

All quotations provided by V Shift Packers & Movers are based on the inventory details provided by the customer. Any addition or change in the inventory list at the time of loading may result in additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse the transportation of hazardous goods, inflammable substances, explosives, legal contraband, cash, gold, jewelry, and valuable documents. Customers are instructed to carry these items personally.

2. Customer Obligations

• The customer must ensure that all items are declared accurately before packing starts.
• The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or gate passes from residential societies or building associations prior to the arrival of the moving team.
• All electronics (like computers, TVs, refrigerators) must be shut down and unplugged before the arrival of our packaging crew.

3. Payments & Booking

To confirm a booking, the customer may be required to pay a booking advance fee. The remaining balance amount must be settled before or immediately upon the unloading of goods at the destination.

4. Transit Risks & Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your goods, V Shift Packers & Movers shall not be held liable for accidental damages due to road accidents, fire, rain, or natural disasters unless the customer has opt-in for our comprehensive Transit Insurance and declared correct item values.

5. Disclaimer & Liabilities

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
