Refund & Cancellation Policy

At V Shift Packers & Movers, we strive to provide professional and reliable moving and packing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding booking cancellations, advance payment refunds, and damage claims.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You can request a booking cancellation or rescheduling by notifying us:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled moving time: Full refund of any advance booking fee.
- Between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled moving time: 50% refund of the advance booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled moving time: The advance booking fee is non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing
If your cancellation is approved according to the terms above, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Claim Settlement & Damage Refunds
In the unfortunate event of goods damage during transit:
- Claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged goods and box packaging labels.
- For insured goods, the claim valuation and settlement will be handled in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy selected.
- Uninsured items are settled as per the standard carrier liability terms specified in the consignment note.
